A security person working for Commodity Trading Company last week fell into the police net for raping a 10 old girl.
Alpha Jawandor, age 35, on the 21st February allegedly raped the 10 year old after convincing the child to take off her underwear so that he could have sex with her.
He then ravished the child and asked her not to tell it to anyone else.
A matter of days after the incident, it was observed that the child was walking bent. Upon this, she was interviewed and it was found out that she has been sexually abused.
Alpha, who was at his Lebanese workplace, was later whisked by the police at Ross Road to help them in their investigation.
“Alpha told me to play with his penis. He later asked me to take off my underwear and have sexual intercourse with him. I took off my underwear and he got on top of me and began to do it with me,” the child said.
The father of the affected girl child, who happens to be a police sergeant attached to Ross Road Police, has revealed the event leading to the abuse of his child to the police at Ross Road.
Alpha who is now residing in the police cells is said to have made a comprehensive statement.
It is yet unclear whether Alpha, in his statement, admits sexually abusing the teenage girl.
He is currently with the police in anticipation of investigation.
Police sources say the child has stopped going to school due to pain inflicted on her by 35 year old Alpha.
