Airtel’s Chief Executive Officer for Anglophone Africa, Jayant Khosla (in photo) yesterday disclosed his company’s sketched out considerations for nationwide network coverage.
“Airtel has made available the finances needed for the unrestrained expansion of its coverage to the extreme suburbs of Sierra Leone,” Jayant Khosla said.
He however revealed to Sierra Express Media that airtel has grown beyond expectation in the last six months.
“As of today, it is my wish to joyously say that the company has had credible and sober subscribers.”
“This is my third visit in Sierra Leone and it is my inclination to genuinely bring to Sierra Leoneans the package we at airtel have for them; the soon to come ‘third generation’ data system codified ‘3G’,” he said.
The Anglophone Africa CEO self affirmatively vouched having the ‘3G’ launched in the not too far future.
“I am sure members of the airtel family will soon reach at the ‘wished for’ use of a highly graded internet system, with high standards, fast and affordable.”
Facts have it that Khosla has had admiration over airtel’s unrestrained increase of its subscribers in just about six months.
He however encouraged all to come on board and join the train as they sail into the good world of communication.
It is told that Jayant will leave Sierra Leone today.
