President of APC WDMC, Yabom Thaslim Koroma and entourage meet President Ernest Bai Koroma at State House

The President of the APC Washington, DC Metropolitan Chapter, Madam Yabom Thaslim Koroma and entourage met with President Koroma at State House on Tuesday May 3, 2011.   Present at this august meeting with the president were Ministers Alpha Kanu, Political Affairs, Alhaji Ibrahim Ben Kargbo Minister of Information, Minister of Local Government Ambassador Hon. Dauda Kamara, Deputy Minister of Energy and Power Hon. Martin Bash Kamara, Hon. Ibrahim Kemoh Sesay Political Adviser to President Ernest Koroma. Hon. Victor Foh APC Secretary General, APC Women’s Leader Madam Elizabeth Mans and many other ministers and APC functionaries. 

 Accompanying Madam Yabom Thaslim Koroma were officials of APC-NA, and members of the Washington, DC Metropolitan Chapter including APC-NA Chairmen Aziz Turay, APC-NA Treasurer Ms. Abie Bangali Mansaray, APC Fundraising Ambassador Hon. Dauda Tombo Bangura, APCNA Women’s Leader Mary Turay and APC Washington DC chapter members, Mariama Kabineh, Mr. Bismarck Koroma and many others.  Issues of mutual and paramount importance were discussed with the President Ernest Koroma during the meeting.

In another development the determination of the team and the delegation led by Mrs. Yabom Sesay-Koroma together with the support of the party’s affiliate bodies – the women’s wing, the youth wing, and the party secretariat will implement the  project “Feed the People” in Freetown, Sierra Leone. The dynamism and indefatigable leadership of Mrs. Yabom Sesay-Koroma and the untiring support of our membership remains the cornerstone of this project. We will continue the good works of the chapter selflessly and die-hearted party stalwarts of our beloved APC Party under the indomitable leadership of our President, H.E. Dr. Ernest Bai Koroma.
