The ruling All People’s Congress (APC) Youth President, Honorable Alimamy Kamara (in photo) is reportedly touching nerves of the Mines Minister, accusing him of organizing a meeting with sections of APC youths without his approval.

It is told that Honorable Alimamy has lately stopped a number of APC youths from holding a meeting with the  Minister of Mines, who happened to be the APC Western Area Chairman.

The youth President, we are told, was spotted priding himself as a major stakeholder to the success of APC in the 2007 elections.

Disclosures have it that the Youth President told a handful of APC youth members that all Ministers wishing to have any meeting with the youth league must undoubtedly seek his consent.

It could be recalled that the Minister of Mines, Minkailu Mansaray Thursday 25th held a meeting with factions of APC youths at the APC party headquarters in Freetown.
