Pemahun

Ingredient

• 1 Bundle Potato leaves sliced
• 2 or grams  onions
• Seasoning (1Maggi & 1 tablespoonful Salt)
• 1 Ogiri
• ½ pint Palm Oil
• 1 cup Rice

Method

• You must first cook the rice that takes about 10 to 15 minutes.
• Once the rice is cooked, add in the pre-prepared ingredients, i.e. the sliced potato leaves, grind pepper and onions, ogiri, salt and the maggi. Spread the ingredients nicely on top of the cooked rice and leave to steam for 5 to 10 minutes
• You can either use the palm oil heated or as it is. If you decide to heat the palm oil first, then you can remove the steamed ingredients and blend it with the heated oil.
• Dish out and serve.
