People’s Honourable endorses President Koroma, vows support to Sweissy

Mr. Bundu, commonly known as People’s Honourable, a close confidant to His Excellency Ernest Bai Koroma pledges his fullest support to the Sweissy Jewellers’ Association on Saturday March 24, over the weekend.

The People’s Honourable, is known popularly for his generosity with young folks. He declared his support to the association shortly after the ‘one million thank you march’ organized by traders for His Excellency, the President, Dr. Ernest Bai Koroma.

Speaking to the Jewellers of Sweissy at their headquarters on Lightfoot Boston Street, Freetown, the People’s Honourable said, ‘Sweissy is blessed to have a Chairman in the person of Karim Dabor, a man of integrity and of exemplary character.’

He said as a young man who knows the challenges besetting young people he is better placed to promote their cause.

He encouraged them to keep the fame as there surely will be a ray out of the tunnel in the current leadership of the APC.

He encouraged the young people to remain steadfast in whatever they do and to vote President Koroma for a second term, in the November 17 elections.

He highlighted the good quality of leadership President Koroma has, saying, the president has demonstrated a show of total zero tolerance to political violence in his recent invocation of the International Criminal Court’s radar to handpick violence perpetrators in the country.

The People’s Honourable said the naming of Musa Tarawally, Yete Yete, Leather Boot and others by the Shears Moses report indicates that President Koroma stands for justice and weeding these people out of his cabal as they are nothing but individuals with bad characters that want to smear his image.

He promised to lobby the president’s attention to give facelift to the standard of Sweissy traders. He advised them to eschew violence in the build up to the November polls.

In his remarks, the Chairman of Sweissy Jewellers, Karim Dabor said they are very much happier to have with them on Saturday the People’s Honourable, whom they see as brother and friend – a man who has contributed a lot towards the development of the Sweissy Jewellers Association.

He pledged his association’s fullest support to the All Peoples Congress Party saying Sweissy will do all they can to hand President Koroma a second term victory.
