Fire engulfs HRCSL eastern region office

Freetown, 4^th April 2012: The HRCSL wishes to inform its partners and the public that it has received a report that its eastern region office in Kenema was engulfed in fire on Wednesday morning, April 4, 2012. The source of the fire outbreak is yet unknown.

The Sierra Leone Police have launched a full scale investigation into the unfortunate incident.

A team has already been dispatched to Kenema from HRCSL’s Headquarters in Freetown to obtain first hand information and asses the extent of damage caused.
