FC Kallon overtake league leaders

FC Kallon overtake league leaders thumbnail

FC Kallon thumped Bo Rangers 1-0 at the National Stadium, Freetown on Sunday April 15th to climb on top of the Premier League table.

The lone goal was scored by Mohamed Bangura popularly known as Bilili in the 76th, minute of play.

In the same Match day result, Ports Authority were held to a 1-1 draw by Diamond Stars at the National Stadium in the second match of the day.

It was goalless in the first half and the second half resumed with an early goal scored by Foday Mansaray known as Ballack.

Alie Fofanah leveled before the final whistle which plugged Diamond Stars down the pecking order to second position having played all 13 matches in the first leg.

Current league leaders FC Kallon are having a game at hand which places them comfortable in the driving seat.

On Friday Old Edwardians defeated Central Parade by 1-0 and on the same day Mighty Blackpool defeated Kissy All Stars by the same margin.
