Freetown 18 June 2012 – The campaign teams of the chief executive officer of Johnasen Football Club Isha Johansen (in photo), and former Sierra Leone international Brima Marzola Kamara, are pleased to inform the general public and the football family in Sierra Leone, that after a series of consultations both candidates are now riding on the same presidential ticket with Isha Johansen running as president and Brima Marzola Kamara as first vice president. This move is a demonstration of selflessness by both candidates ahead of the Sierra Leone Football Association presidential elections in July this year.
Both parties realize that as a new era dawns in football, it’s high time they joined forces for the strengthening of football in Sierra Leone.
