Geko Sierra Leone Denies Claims

German corporation Geko Sierra Leone has denied all claims made against their operational activities of having dealings with precious minerals and hard substance courtesy to a publication dated the 11th May 2012.

Talking to our reporter Associate Director, Isheika Turay explained that his organisation is purely based on helping-out street kids and providing possible solutions to integrate less privileged kids that are facing serious challenges of achieving their dreams of being better citizens.

He revealed further that his organisation denied any dealings trafficking the said minerals and substance as purported by the publication, he explained that his organisation is by chance named after a German Cooperation primarily due to the fact that a German cooperation was their first financial support group.

Mr. Turay continued by saying that his organisation has no German personnel operating within the structure and scope of their organisation as was claimed. He also maintained that he is aware that his office premise hosts three other offices which deal exclusively in various activities which he said he knows little about.

He said further that due to the parent name of his organisation coupled with a German involved as a suspect might have been the missing line that got it all wrong in naming Geko as a splint-cover of the alleged said German involved with the suspected hard substance and other precious minerals.

According to inside sources our reporter was able to unearth clues about the German who was released under the instruction by the Inspector General of the Sierra Leone Police Force (SLP), Francis Allieu Munu, after he was arrested by a military officer suspecting him of carrying precious minerals and hard substance of operating under a company dealing with precious minerals such as diamonds and gold.

Other sources revealed that the said German is currently out of the country while his company has been dealing clandestinely in discharging its operations. It is revealed further that the company’s office structure does not carry or bear any emblem/inscription spelling out its’ operational dealing as others do.

This medium promises that it will continue to dig-up facts and publish them in it subsequent publications.
