HANCI Officials Make Second Appearance Today

Five officials who formerly works for the NGO Help A Needy Child International (HANCI) are making their second appearance in court today to answer to thirty one charges of conspiracy to trafficking children contrary to section 2 (1) of the anti Human Trafficking laws of Sierra Leone and perjury.

The five include Dr. Rolland Foday Kargbo, former Executive Director of HANCI, John Kapri Gbla, Henry Abu, Peter Lamin Dumbuya and Peter Brima Kargbo.

Their first appearance was on July 9^th 2012.

A stiff bail condition was placed on them in their first appearance before Magistrate Komba Kamanda, but was later granted in the tune of two hundred Million Le 200 M each, with a sureties and house books for Dr. Rolland Foday Kargbo and John Kapri Gbla.
