Ex-Team Manager and chairman of Old Edwardians FC, Dr. Foday Bangura popularly known as “Dr. Bangso has told Sierra Express Sports that God has destined Rodney Michael (in photo) to win the August Presidential elections congress in Kailahun this year.
Dr. Foday Bangso who was twice beaten by the current FA President, Nahim Khadi for the FA president said he has worked for years with Rodney Michael and knows him best that he can improve football from its current mess. Dr. Bangso said Rodney is a professional football administrator, who honesty and competence compliments to provide this all important leadership to transform the game of football in the country.
“Rodney’s contribution to the development of the game across the country since 2008 helped him to be strong like a cotton tree for this all important contest”, he assured. Furthering, “Rodney Michael was my running mate in the 2008 presidential elective congress when we all lost the elections to Nahim Khadi. On this I want to assure all football stakeholders who will be voting in the August elections to vote for the right F.A Boss and who I believe is no other man but Rodney Michael”, he pleads.
