Leading telecommunications company Airtel has handed out Le 75 million to James Mansaray of 4 Josiah Drive, Regent Road, Lumley, at their headquarter office at Wilberforce.
James Mansaray, a businessman with mobile number 076 633005 said he was informed by Airtel on Saturday 1st September that he had won the said amount. James said that he bought his SIM in the days of Celtel at $30. “More than fifty people that heard of my success on that day shared joy and congratulated me,” he also said. James revealed that he only played the Airtel’s 4040 SMS trivia only once and God bestowed him with Le 75 million.
James encouraged people not to give up and to continue to stay with the most reliable network in the country. His cheque was handed over by Airtel SL Marketing Manager Rufina Adjivon Tucker.
Another subscriber Aminata Kamara who lives at 19 Combination Drive,off Wilkinson, won Le 10 million with mobile number 078 456325. She was called upon on Saturday by Airtel revealing that she was a proud winner of Le10 million in the 4040 SMS trivia. “I was very much surprised,” she expressed. She also said that her grand -daughter Ramatu Conteh had been playing this game for her with encouragement. Madam Aminata said she bought her SIM in the days of Airtel and “this is my very first winning from Airtel. My plan for this money is to buy a piece of land for my grand children at Adonkia,” she revealed to journalists present. She encouraged subscribers to continue playing Airtel’s SMS trivia.
