SLPP symbol for Ward 390 in Constituency 111 was awarded to Mohamed Ramadan Bah, producer and presenter of a popular Radio Fullah programme. His victory came after defeating Kolay at the Primary at the SLPP Party.
Ramadan informed this medium that his victory has motivated him to campaign harder than ever before. He revealed that if elected councilor of Ward 390, he will ensure that he lobbies very strongly with the seven various factories operating in the Ward. He said he will use his influence to get these companies to comply with their corporate social responsibilities; which he added can be used for development purposes within the Ward. According to Ramadan, his Ward, which covers the Murray Town community has been a virgin area in terms of development.
He further expressed his satisfaction over his relationship with Campbell whom he said is now his campaign manager, who is currently engaging voters to support the young mixer politicians.
