How about occupying Yenga, Sierra Leone now?

How about occupying Yenga, Sierra Leone now? thumbnail

The Yenga issue between Sierra Leone and Guinea is reportedly coming to an end as Guinean military presence is being withdrawn. President Ernest Bai Koroma of Sierra Leone and his Guinean counterpart, President Alpha Konde succeeded in concluding the Yenga saga through peaceful and diplomatic means. Both Presidents displayed how huge their threshold for patience and peace is, so as nation we duff our hats to them.  (Photo: l-r President Ernest Bai Koroma, and President Alpha Konde)

Now that Yenga is part of Sierra Leone again, our immediate presence is highly needed in Yenga whilst plans for a full scale peaceful occupation must be hatched for the Military of Sierra Leone to take over, now!

Supposedly, the most credible and noble institution of the nation, the Anti Corruption Commission (ACC), was at times in the past referred to by compatriots as a ‘toothless bulldog’. Now that the ACC has started to bite, kleptomaniacs are jittery, acknowledging the fact that the toothless bulldog has now grown teeth and bites big.

UNIPSIL and PPRC are truly working towards non-violent elections in Sierra Leone, come November by sending representatives of ten political parties to understudy how the Ghanaian Political System works. It’s indisputable that change starts from the top and cuts-across to the bottom, and nomination dead line and Dr. Christiana Thorpe’s NEC will not go beyond the scheduled date.
