Take the Delta State in Nigeria where the nation’s oil and the world's eighth largest oil supply is coming from. It is one of the poorest states in Nigeria as if our leaders don't have eyes to see and brains to understand. Go to the slums in Kroo-Bay which is just a stone throw from the CBD. A strong Government will just take a bulldozer and clear the filth in a day. However, the filth lingers--even when they travel to other countries and see how beautiful and clean these countries are. WHAT A SHAME! I am however hopeful that our current president will take care of the situation sooner or later. This is the endemic problem that I have come to realize with our leaders.
