Police Harvest Jamba at Masiaka

Police at Masiaka are investigating the circumstances that led to the arrest of three trucks of cannabis commonly called jamba.

Police sources at Masiaka say the trucks containing the stuff are now assembled at the Masiaka Police Station waiting to be transferred to Freetown for further investigations before it is confiscated to the state.

These same sources disclosed that the police got a tip off that some people at a village called Mawoma village have planted the drug in their gardens and the police at Masiaka wasted no time in rushing to the scene where met the stuff while the owners had disappeared.

The Police then harvested the crops which amounted to three truck loads.
