Leone Stars of Massachusetts receives Unity Award
Boston (April 26, 2008) Leone Stars of Massachusetts received an award for
Uniting the Community by the Sierra Leone Cultural Organization at their annual dinner and dance to mark the Independent Celebration
of Sierra Leone.
This award reflects the new look and content of the organization, which has been completely
redesigned with a fresh start. Since its inception, this is our first recognition. We feel very honored
to accept such an award from SLCO which means, as we partners together with the aim of giving back to our community (Sierra
Leone), we can appreciate each other in love peace and unity. Our P.R.O Ronny Temple was also honored with a certificate of
Academic achievement and bringing the youths together. The executive members congratulate him for his achievements.

Leone Stars of Massachusetts is a non-profit community based
organization aim at promoting and developing soccer. Our organization, through excellent training and coaching,
has been able to compete in various soccer tournaments organized in the United States. Membership in this
organization is open to every Sierra Leonean and soccer fans. We encourage all who are interested in soccer
and community oriented to come partner with us.
As we prepare for the annual soccer tournament for
Sierra Leoneans in the United States, which will be held in Dallas, Texas on August 2nd 2008, we have started practice
in Milton, and hope to bring the trophy to New England this year.

We will
be having an annual fund raising dinner and dance at the Canton Hall on Saturday June 21, 2008 from 9:00 p.m. to 1:00a.m.

We will like to
dedicate our award to all our Life Patrons, partners and the entire Sierra Leonean Community in Massachusetts.
