97 Host Inter-Area Sport
The main aim of Constituency 97 Inter-area Sport Meet is
to bridge the gaps and indifferences resulting from the just concluded political party symbols award fracas, Youth Chairman
and Personal Assistant to Hon. Victoria Saidu Kamara for Constituency 97, has said. This disclosure was made at a constituency
meeting held on Saturday at the premises of Hon. Victoria Saidu Kamara, 21 Water Street, Wellington Peacock Farm.
Serving
as the eye of the youth in that constituency, and chairman for the Sport Inter-area, Mr. Kargbo said that their aim is to
forge ahead in the development and the challenge that lies ahead of the constituency, adding that the APC party loyalty must
be put first above everything else.
Constituency 97 has divided the constituency into various zones, where each
zone will have at least five representatives on the committee, which will ensure the impartiality of sport officials. Various
supporters were represented at the meeting from different zones. In his contribution as representative of the Robis Calaba
Town and the youth, Vice Chairman for the constituency, Kemoh Kamara said that they are the future leaders of the Rising Sun
(APC) and they must ensure their contributions individually and collectively is done.
Mr. Kamara
said they have chosen May 10th and 11th as the date for the Inter-area Sport Meeting preferably at the Pa Morlai Football
Field ground, to be followed by a dance show where the trophies will be handed over to the area, which emerges the winner.
Hon. Victoria Saidu Kamara is partially funding the event.
